Dear Grayslake Animal Hospital,

My pet is a patient of yours, but this about your help in another area. I called a few weeks ago for a recommendation for a vet that would make house calls. My cousins dog had a splenic mass that ruptured and was given 2 days-4 weeks for her pet to survive. She hoped to have quality time with her Golden, and as much time. She began to deteriorate, and did not think she could make get her dog in the car ti the vet.

I said I'll call my vet as I really like them, and perhaps they could recommend a vet that could euthanize in her home and make it comfortable for everyone. You recommended Lap Of Love with Dr. Juliana Lyles, and she was wonderful.

Thank You for giving me that information. She said she was so kind , and made the process more comfortable, and she even sent my cousin a beautiful card. It was not just a card, but she hand wrote a heartfelt message to my cousin. She wrote a beautiful sincere message. It really meant a lot to her, and helped her. She said to Thank You. you guys are just wonderful at Grayslake always, and going above and beyond.

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
