I honestly can't put into words my first and only experience with the medical staff, their support team and Dr. Burg. Long story short....Family dog got into a yellow jacks (bees nest), 10 lb. dog was stung so many times that she was in shock. Tongue hanging out, eyes rolled back...etc.
you get the picture. The Burg and his crew are aware that I am on my way.....that's another related thumbs up story......I arrive with my situation and everyone in this office....from desk to doctor are on point! Even though Doctor answered my first question honestly by saying, I don't know....I've never encountered a situation like this before! How refreshing is that to hear, it's called the truth. I rarely ever write a review, but in this case I can't help but not. I will be back if the need be...and I live 100 miles away!!1

Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated.

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Did this provider rush your appointment?
No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
