Incredibly rude and completely unorganized. I no longer feel comfortable bringing any animal here. I'm leaving this review because I've tried multiple times to get a follow-up appointment for my cats booster shots. I was talking to someone through email. I asked follow-up questions, and received a vague response that didn't address what I had asked. I didn't expect an appointment over email, but I was trying to get someone to call me like they did for the original apt. I understand how this works and deposits are required. I tried talking to the person that texted me after the initial appointment as well. They were completely unaware of what actually happened during the apt. I had to inform them of what was and wasn't done. I would just go to my regular vet, but I'm unemployed and can't afford it. It really comes across as one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I understand a lot of the staff is volunteer based but your system is failing. I asked questions through email after the initial appointment. Neither of my questions were actually addressed. I asked for a follow-up appointment to be scheduled through email. The person via text just told me to email my number and I did. After that they did not respond via email, text or phone for an appointment. I tried to reply a few times with no response. I also tried calling and was sent to a full voice-mail. The person I talked to via text was nice but couldn't get me an appointment because they apparently don't have anything to do with making them. I couldn't find anything on the website to submit because it only had the spay/neuter option available. I'm now searching for other low cost options. I just wish someone would have just told me they couldn't get her in. Now she may have to go through getting that vaccine over again. I'm not sure how that works, but I guess I'll let whoever she sees next determine that. I appreciate them checking to make sure she was actually spayed and telling me she had already been microchipped. I contacted the microchip company and had it transferred to me. I'm just not sure why it was so hard getting a follow-up appointment for a booster shot. I really wanted to leave a positive review for this place but can't. I'm giving up and going somewhere else for help. Their response on Google was totally unprofessional and lies.

Everyone was polite and patient with us. They took amazing care of my Sky during her spay procedure and got her all up to date on vaccines. They even explained to me about a mass found on one of her ovaries (which was removed during the spay anyway).

They are very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. I feel they took excellent care of my baby! Plus the low cost was an excellent bonus!

Last time I counted, I think I have had between 11 & 12 animals fixed at Kincheloe. The vets are fantastic, the aides are amazing, the location is perfect and the price is great! I love this clinic and am very grateful it exists! Thank you!
