I was really disappointed that they are very misleading about the cost of service until after sevices are done.I have a foster from the humane society in hamblen county.I made it clear to them when I called he was in need of nueter for adoption through the shelter,I was only asked to go to shelter and get his paperwork.Took them all paperwork at 8am.never asked anything about payment as I thought it was covered by the shelter.I get a call after the nuetering asking how I am paying for this,and was told they have no contract with morristown shelter so I personally had to pay 90. that I had to borrow.I feel like I should have been told from the start I had to pay 90.
