They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.
