Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Dr. Danner has taken over and reopened New England Animal Hospital thankfully. I previously took my pets here until Dr. Slack passed away in December. After that I had to switch to Kennebec Valley Vet. and had an absolutely awful experience there. I was more than pleased when Dr. Danner opened up. He does a great job caring for your animals. He is sincere and caring with dealing with your animals. He does a great job of always explaining all your options and allows you to make the decision rather than trying to sell you something you don't need. He really is in it for the animals as twice now I have asked for tests to be run on my cat who has renal kidney failure and hyper thyroid and he talked me out of it at this time because it was not beneficial at that time and he even told me he would "hate to have me pay the $75 for nothing at this time." He was great at teaching how to give my cat an IV at home to keep him hydrated. I have had a great experience with Dr. Danner and his staff. Great addition to the community!

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. They have never left me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
