There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to.
