I went there today for the first time and The dr was so knowledgable,kind,and had a sense of humor. They treated my dog was though it was their own. The secretary was soo understanding and nice. The vet assistant,I'm not sure if that's what she was, but she was so good with my dog and very polite and kind. I am definitely going to continue going there, I go back in three weeks. I recommend anyone and EVERYONE to go there of you want fast,nice,and accurate service.Five stars for me !

Have been taking our yorkiepoo since she was a puppy and she is now 7 yrs. old.. They always give good treatment and advice and treat your animal with respect and loving care. Would recommend Dr. Simms and her staff.

Dr Sims and other doctors in this clinic are the best, I travel a distance to take my dogs with special life threating dieases or medical problems,I want to hear Dr sims opinion,I trust her over all others,even over ohio state opinion. I wish I lived closer to her and her clinic,,I have 10 dogs and do rescue

Very caring knowledgable, experienced doctor willing to go the extra mile. You are not a number in a waiting room, you are part of the process of getting your pet well. Always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you have. She loves her work and the patients in her care.

i just left their office without service after sitting in the waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes to get booster shots for four of my cats! the male vet who works there went outside to another clients car to do a re-check of some sort even though i pointed out to him that i was there first and had been waiting over an hour! so far i had four cats spayed there and shots without any problems. until their rudeness and wasting my time today i had planned on taking my other 7 animals there for surgery and shots, instead i am taking them to fairmont veterinary hospital where i had only good experiences with taking my dog there. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I thought their pricing was very fair however i was hoping for a group discount since i have eleven animals to get spayed
eutered. i was told no. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They do not carry a very large selection of medication for your pets and don't carry any of the common brands of flea medicine that I was looking for.
