Got a text message my dog was due for his rabies and kennel cough vaccine. My wife took him and they gave an additional vaccine and a test I’ve always declined. I saw the bill for $112. dollars and called about why they gave the additional vaccine and fecal test. The receptionist connected me with someone else. She said the receptionist asked my wife if she wanted the extra vaccine and test. She then said someone else asked, then a third person. I feel like they took advantage of my wife not knowing what they were talking to her about.
