I have no complaints. The staff are always very courteous and seem to care greatly about my dog whenever I bring her there. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating, it seems like their charges for services are always higher than most other vets in the area.

My pets like it and Maggy hurries to get inside and they are never overly anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. The staff and doctor work great together as a team. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of professionals. We have been with New Prairie for 30 years, with both Doctors Mack and even schedule trips back home to include our dogs yearly check-ups.
