Thank God and to then At Merwins I find out what my baby Oskar had water in hes LUNGS AND heart mumur,Thanks to Merwin I could kept him for more years . I do recommend this place to my friends n family ., GOD BLESS YOU ALL .

I waited for over 2 hours and when I asked the vet to clip my dogs nails, se said no because he had to be in another place and still have other animals to see. But he did spent 50 minutes with a dog named Sara that went before me and for her he had the time. Also I discovered that they made a big mistake on the records of rabies vaccination for my dog.
According to the certificate they gave me last year, my dog was protected against rabies until November 24/2014, and yesterday the doctor informed me that the rabies vaccine was expired since January 24/2014. They screwed up the dates, gave me a certificate with a wrong expiration date and my dog was not able to take the vaccine good for 3 years.
What a lack of unprofessionals. I will never more bring my dog to this clinic.

No, they weren't very knowledgeable

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They gave me some advice but I didn't find it helpful

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
