I took in feral cat with leg injury. Lady vet didn't appear to be very compassionate. Picked up cat next day. No instructions or meeting with the Dr.. When I got home I called to see if there were any special instructions or diet needed. Receptionist said no. I'll take my business to Salmon or Idaho Falls.

I am always impressed by the care, knowledge and support given by the veterinarians and the staff at Lone Pine. They are willing to go the extra mile for my pets, and they truly do care.

I lived in Challis for 4-1/2 years and when I had to move recently, wished I could take Dr. Bennetts & Dr. Dani with me. Absolutley the most caring and ALWAYS available vets I've ever known. They cured or controlled the ailments of many of my pooches. I've rescued many who developed health issues along the way, including diabetes, cancer and heart disease. When eventually the inevitable time came and the hardest decision you ever have to make is made...the compassion and support I recevied was unmatched by any vets I've known before. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

I found Lone animal Hospital met all of my animal needs. They efficient and caring, give notice when animal work needs to be updated. There office, procedures rooms and stalls are clean. Dr. Bennetts and his Vet tec. are professional and knowledgeable.

Great place to take any animal for health needs.

Dr. Jeff is good with small ruminants and this is hard to find these days.

Staff is polite and courteous.

Pricing is very fair and honest.
