My pet bored with Hewitt animal for about 5 days while we went on vacation. A service they provide. Upon calling the office I asked for my pet to get bathed and nails cut and I would pick him up the nex day. The next day I called to pay the bill the person I spoke to gave me the wrong amount several times I had to inform her of the bording expense. I asked if pet was bathed and was told no asked if nails were cut and was told yes three times. Upon picking up pet nails were not cut. My pet was suppose to have gotten two shots, I now wonder what if anything was done. I like and trust Dr Hewitt but his office is all over the place. Seems to be very confused. I can see them forgetting to fed my pet being so unorganized . Almost scary. Dr. Hewitt needs to reevaluate his office help. From my experience not helpful for his business, not sure if I will return.
