Had urgent need for a vet on a Sunday. Two other "big" places in the area simply referred me off to Avon where they had Sunday hours for emergencies - what a joke. A friend had used Dr. Harvey so I decided to give him a call on a Sunday afternoon, he answered the phone and told me to come right over. He performed some quick emergency work (removing a fish-hook from a kitten's mouth) and we were on the mend by dinner time. GREAT RESOURCE for the area and a GREAT doctor who really cares about animals and pet owners. Thank you Dr. Harvey!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave
