Dr. Jane has taken care of our babies since 1992, and I can't imagine anyone caring them. The entire staff is wonderful, and we love them all and so do our fur babies.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They are so kind and attentive to my dogs and my concerns. Dr, Cindrich is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain very clearly and in detail the reasons for my pets' health concerns. The entire staff is kind and caring. They always call to follow up on my pets' progress. I know I can always count on them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They do not try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their appointments run pretty much on time. Lastly, my dogs don't seem to mind being boarded there as the staff goes out of their way to make them feel secure..
