I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. We had to put our precious dog Farful to sleep and choose Country Care Clinic. They were to contact us when we could pick up his ashes after the cremation. They didn't, we had to call them. Forever Pets of Jasper County MO preformed the cremation and issued a Certificate of Cremation. It stated his name was Farkel Quarts and he was a Beagle. His name was Farful Quarles and he was a Terrier. I called the clinic and spoke with them and thought the issue was corrected , as I spelled his full name twice. They apologized and were to issue us a new certificate. Haven't received it but did receive a card from The Christian Veterinary Mission informing us that Country Care Clinic made an affectionate donation to them in the memory Farful Nuwgen Quarls!!! WRONG SPELLING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! HIS NAME WAS FARFUL NUEGEN QUARLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shameful !!!!!!!!!!

Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.
