There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The office was easy enough to find. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
