It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.
