They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Doc Galbraith always goes way above and beyond the call of duty ( I could tell you a story) He always manages to work you in if you need seen ASAP. His rates are very reasonable. Highly recomend!

The professional care is good and competent. Don't look for a fancy office with lots of perks. This is basic animal care. But, you're not paying for a fancy environment, either; you're paying for professional animal care. The roof may leak but your bill for the vet will be about half of the amount charged by those "fancy" places. A good, basic kind of practice without the frills.

They did try to explain my pet's condition, but it was in brief terms. I wish they had explained in a way that was more clear to me. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Dr. Galbraith met me in the middle of the night when my dog was hit by a car. He always remembers you and your animals. His prices are very reasonable, both for medical service and boarding.
