I will NEVER go to this vet again. My dog had an abscess on her head, after waiting about two hours in the waiting room we (myself, my toddler, and my dog) were sent to the back hallway beside the kennels to sit in a chair. He lanced my dog's head in that hallway, and squeezed the puss out in his hand to show me the infection. Then they brought her back to the kennels to sit in a cage while they ran tests....leaving me and my child- who had been crying for an hour now- to sit in the hall for another 45 min. I moved us back to the waiting room, we were called back to the hallway after a short time to get our dog. She was covered in blood from the lance- they didn't bother to clean her up- and as I held her leash to walk her out, Galbraith called us to wait and came at her with a shot. ONE handed, he did not stabilize her to inject her. He STABBED at her 3 times before I could say stop it! All this while my son stood right beside the dog between the wall and my leg. (I couldn't lift my son because I was holding my dog's leash while he was trying to inject her with one hand.... in the other hand he held paperwork!) He finally asked for help by screaming at one of his assistants. This was so unbelievable, I payed my bill and left in silence and total shock. I have worked at Veterinarian Clinics before and I have never seen such chaos. He is not the Doctor for my pets, and he shouldn't have a license!

This vet is not even worth one star!!!
My husband and I had a sick dog and not alot of funds, and it was recommended that we call this vet as his charges are low and he works with people. BIG MISTAKE!! They make far too many appointments so everyone in the office is running around like a chicken with their head cut off, even the vet. He places many people/pets in an exam room at the same time while giving them shots...to me this is unsanitary and unprofessional. It was total chaos in the office. That stuff I can get past but what I can't get past is, I really feel like he overdosed and killed my dog! My dog was sick when I brought her there and after he medicated her and I medicated her like he instructed, she got worse and passed away the next morning!
To make matters worse, after she passed away we brought her there to be held for a couple of days until we could afford to have her cremated. Once we went in and payed for the cremation, they called the crematory to pick her up. Then, I find out that when they sent her to the crematory they kept all the stuff that I had sent with her (her favorite stuff), except for one thing. I called them about this and was told that they forgot to send it to the crematory with her. Totally Unacceptable!!! Now, they are supposedly making arrangements to get her stuff to her before the cremation. I have called the local news station hoping they will do a report on this place and am thinking who else I can call.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Yes
Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

There is always food and water available. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. It was easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
