I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. The veterinarian wouldn't even allow me to stay with my pet the whole time. They took my terrified pet to a different room and I couldn't go with for some reason. My pet would have been much calmer If they had allowed me to go. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
