Dr Russ is one of the best people that I have ever met. He is kind and patient and most of all knowledgeable!
You couldn't ask for a better animal caregiver but most of all he is PRESENT and listens and acts accordingly.
Dr. Russ and his family are wonderful!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr Russ is a very compassionate and thorough vet. He personally signs and mails sympathy cards for all the passing of our pets. He goes above the norm to care for our pets and meet our personal needs, understanding our pets are family.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
