One area of improvement that this business is in need of is updating its building to make it more handicap-accessible. There are two doors that must be passed through before entering the waiting area. Neither door has an automatic door opening button which would make it much easier for physically challenged individuals to enter. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice that I was there. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were close to the entrance. They've never used foul language, and the staff is always polite and courteous.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
