They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
