They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
