You will die of Renee enabling a covert narcissist if you are feeling in a constant state of chaos,strain,conflict, being gaslight. If you are the man in marriage counseling forget it.. Renee was abused by her spouse and never has experienced a covert narcissist. Seek a therapist with expertise in cluster B personality disorders or you will be totally invalidated even though you are in a support group speaking out your current issues and your spouse doesn’t and does not self reflect. But when it comes to dealing with a narcissist STAY AWAY FROM RENEE.. Just watch the drs on YouTube and watch many of them if you think something isn’t right in a relationship but you are the only one who is asked to rethink your senses and perceptions.

After several months of difficulties trying to get an appointment and strange conversations with the receptionist who kept forgetting that my MD had sent a referral, I was finally given one. I happened to call the day before because I was ill. The receptionist said that Ms. Bumpus wouldn't be there anyway. She also told me that she had been calling me all morning me to let me know. I checked my phone and she had never called. Just yesterday she canceled the rescheduled appointment after I arrived at the office, stating in a very unapologetic manner that the therapist had a doctor's appointment and wasn't there. Again she never once even called me to let me know ahead of time. I never got to see Ms. Bumpus. I don't know if it was Ms. Bumpus herself, callous office procedures or the receptionist acting alone. I feel I cannot call Ms Bumpus because the receptionist always answers the phone. In any case that is NOT how to treat a patient and I am not going to waste any more of my time trying to see her.
