I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible and almost made our problems worse.
