They barely gave me any information at all. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't even bother to try.
If you're going to R.B. at this clinic, don't try to get help from him for PTSD. He actually had the gall to ask me if I "really" need counselling. Then he told me all about his Menonnite wife and told me about other people's problems, rather than even try to help me! Then he said if it really is PTSD, I need to go to Behavioral Health on post.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was pleased with the chair they provided me during the session. It was quite comfortable, which I appreciated. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
