Not at all impressed with Ms. Clair. Her attitude was that I was lucky to have an appointment with her, and then she cancelled (by email) just hours before our scheduled appointment. In her email she offered the same day, same time the following week. When I asked for a half hour time difference, she stated "Sorry, that conflicts with another patient's appointment" but then did not offer up any alternatives. I am not sure if I am going to bother to reschedule, although I really want to get to work on things and could use the help. I am not sure how this experience is supposed to build trust between us.
