My 17 yr old daughter has been diagnosed with a form of PTSD stemming from a 3 1/2 yr long illness. Dr. Elder was referred by the Children's Clinic doctor to help my daughter cope and heal from the time and "life" she has missed being ill. She relates to my daughter respectfully and my daughter has NO problem visiting her. There is definitely a noted improvement in her well-being.

Deb Kirk-Elder is a wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable practitioner. She always went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. She also has great boundaries. She never complained about anything, and I know I can always count on her. She has been extremely reliable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. She didn't tell me very much about my medications' risks though - there were side effect I had that she said I wouldn't. I still felt like I had to do my own research, which I do't mind - any person is actually responsible for thier own health, ultimately. She didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
