Jolene is really good at digging deep and helping you find the real reasons behind what's going on. She's also blunt and to the point, which can be hard to hear sometimes, but really good. Don't miss your appointment, especially the first or she will stop seeing you. Be ready to actually work on yourself and not just an ear to listen and lay in the back, she gives homework.

I have been seeing this therapist for 11 years and I love her. She is caring and very Knowledgeable. If you have an emergency one can contact her and she is there for that person. She is the best counselor I have every gone to.

she listens to what I have to say and then asks questions to determine my true feelings. she is honest and to the point. I felt she instructed me on what my needs were and not according to my wants. I always want the truth so I can fix my problems. if you want someone to tell you lies and what you want to hear....don't go to this counselor. she will tell you the truth on the information you provide her with.

we went to this counselor for several months when we first met. she was very upfront and didn't pull any punches with us, or let either of us get away with pointing fingers, blaming or not listening to one another. we are still together 15 years later and I wouldn't hesitate to see her again for any issues we have.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
They were average

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Mrs. Green started helping my parents with counseling when I was really young. In the end, one side wouldn't work as hard as the other side and they divorced. She eventually started seeing me and helped with a lot of childhood struggles I encountered. Still to this day I have nothing but appreciation for her help and I actually need it again right now! That's why I'm on here! She's a woman who changed my life for the better.

This woman is very judgmental, puts you in a stereotyped box and then misses who you really are. She doesn't know how to identify the most important issues. She acts like she is the only person capable of being a good parent or partner. She encourages decision making based all the wrong reasons. I wasted money with her for several years.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Jolene is absolutely fantastic. She helped me and my daughter so much and years later we are still benefiting from our time with her.
