When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
