I just called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was very unwelcoming and rude. She made me so uncomfortable, I hung up. The reason I called in the first place was because I would like to help myself and talk to someone. It's unfortunate that the woman making appointments pushed me away. I will never call this company again!
