They have some of the best client service I have ever seen. Putting their clients first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I felt comfortable with Bette Hancock right away. I have been to many psychotherapists..Bette is EXCELLENT!

I really appreciated that the chair they provided for me during the session was super comfortable. I thought it was nice that they invested in the highest quality chairs and care about client comfort. I didn't want to get up! They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I have already given them recommendations to many people I know. They really went above and beyond and impressed me very much.
