This so called Therapist, Dave Perlaki is an idiot! He has turned me over to a collection agency demanding I pay him $500.00 because one of his therapists got a subpoena to come to court and testify and thinks I should pay him for her time!! This company is a total scam. Took hundreds of dollars over month's of time to sit and do nothing!! This person/company isn't even a member of the Better Business Bureau!!! Mike Gerber
