All of my questions were answered completely thoroughly. I felt like I definitely learned a lot. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Dr. Adam always listen to every question or concern I may have. He was by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have an adquate staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

The biggest issue is the fact that Dr. Adam doesn't take the time to do research and understand the case. In our situation the outcome is good for all parties involved but the process has been frustrating and with poor communication. Situations with children require research and understanding of all the parties involved and that didn't happen. Dr. Adam also kept mixing up cases so I wasn't sure if he was really referring to our case or not. I am not sure if his caseload is too much or not but I would expect him to keep the facts updated and correct since the outcome is so important.

Nice guy and professional but wasn't on top of things at all.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
