They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
