Their equipment was safe for use, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. The staff wasn't too friendly. In fact the young man at the front desk acts totally uninterested and disengaged and I felt uncomfortable because of that. They were kind of cold to me. If I compare them to others in their field I'd say that they are NOT a good fit for this job. He is on his phone & ignores people. No extra help provided, only one basic walk thru of empty. I wanted to use the weight machine but needed help. I froze my membership, but am not sure I like the overall atmosphere of unhelpful, unfriendly people who stand around chatting among themselves. Someone should look into this, as I'm not alone in these opinions.
