They made sure every exercise I learned was done perfectly. They even walked around the room and helped other people learn it correctly. The Geri-Fit program is easy to learn and I can tell a visible difference in my strength after each workout. This program has improved my life. I have less aches and pains than when I started and a lot more strength. I can walk up stairs again which is something I have avoided for years. The instructor is very friendly, quite knowledgeable about strength training, and working with older adults, and she makes the workouts fun and challenging. I am so impressed with the progress I have been able to make. I take the Geri-Fit classes in Menifee on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-3:45 PM.
