I have been going to this facility for 2.5 years and am very happy there. They have a nice variety of equipment and the staff is wonderful. They are they for any questions and are knowledgeble in what you talk to them about. If you need to increase your exercise or add a new machine,they are willing to help. I really enjoy going here.
