Brad is a nice guy, knows his stuff but I felt like after the first visit I was left to do my own therapy. There were at times 5 or 6 other patients in the work out room and brad was standing at his computer. I wanted a one on one type of therapy but this was not Brads style

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did the physical therapist pressure you to extend your therapy unnecessarily?
Not at all. As soon as I recovered, they told me I didn't need to come back

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Somewhat, but not thoroughly
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Many! They gave me a ton of exercises I could do at home
