I joined Champions 6 months ago, hoping to get more strength after an injury to bothe ankles and knees. I decided to get additional help from there trainer, Vanessa. I did not really know what to expect. Now, I am amazed at how Vanessa was able to mold and design just the right exercises for my needs. She was quick to listen and adjust my routines when needed. My balance and strength is improving all the time. Thanks....jul
