I was a customer for years at the Easton blvd.location. They have changed managers and it's gone downhill. It kept getting harder and harder to get orders filled. I just transferred to another place and I bet I'm not the first nor will I be the last. They didn't even seem to care when I told them I was leaving.
This pharmacy is horrible!! my mother went without her medicine for 3 days! and she is 88 years old. They always have a hiccup with their delivery and they did not call me to instruct that her medicine could not be delivered. This is the medicap in Newport News VA Jefferson Avenue.
I am changing her location to a reliable one. The number they have on file for the corporate office (515-244-4800) is not in service. Medicap Sucks!!!! don't put your loved ones health in their hands!!
Owasso,Oklahoma location Sent a script to be filled on a Thursday it was not ready until following tuesday(compound) it was made wrong they called Monday 3/20/23 and said it would be ready on 3/21/23. It’s 3/22/23 it still isn’t ready because the compoundist “just didn’t do it” and left early today. I get that I’m not a regular in the system customer and probably deemed not a high priority but I’ve never felt so inconvenienced by a pharmacy before. I’d give zero stars but the staff that was there doing their jobs were professional and kind.
I work with Medicap for 6 years, the manager was wonderful. Sometimes at the end of the month I would put my medicine on account. I paid my account. A friend picked up my medicine for me and put it on my account. Later that day I get a call from the new manager, very rude person telling me my account is frozen and really it should have been paid. Was I ever informed my account was frozen no. I would have asked my friend to pay for the medicine. Medicap feels it’s better for disabled and seniors to go without medicine then to get there medicine. What a horrible new manager. All 6 years there, treated nice, this new manager horror.
