I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
