We were told that our auto insurance kept going up because Lubbock has such bad drivers although we never filed a claim on an accident. Our new insurance bases our rates on our records. We were broken into at our home and dealt with an adjuster who was not local and could have cared less about us. We did not proceed with the claim so that this claim would not show up when we switched to another insurance. Which we did. I told Nanette that we were shopping around for insurance because it did keep going up. She said she would take a look at our policy. This was 5 business days ago and I have yet to hear from her. In the meantime we have switched insurance companys not just agents.
