They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.
