It is obvious that their facility was cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their staff went way above and beyond what I ever expected them to. They were fantastic.

I was very impressed with the progress I was able to make even after my first appointment with them. I lost weight with their method 3 times!!! First I lost 45 pounds, then after the birth of my baby girl, I lost a whoppin 80 pounds, then I returned and lost 40 more!!! Stick with it, it gets better although nothing is easy!!

They answered every single one of my questions, They were always very considerate and professional. The food shakes and bars were good, but those COOKIES......WERE GREAT...(I still get em).

I feel even more confident and hopeful about the future as I attempt to slim down a little more for the summer. Thanks to Shelley and Pauline!!
