her husband double charge patients, and her staff are very rude...As far diagnosis she did it was wrong and I even couldn't understand her English and also my PT were confused by her report and they couldn't understand... The only thing this office care is your money and insurance money, they want your last penny....There is no care for patients.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. The doctor was very welcoming while professional, Dr. Ma asked all of the many questions ahe needed answers for in a way that drew out information but was not clinical sounding. She was very patient with my mother who was not having a good day. The major complaint I have is that the electronic sign in system they use is not user friendly and does not respond well when trying to make the multiple entries required for a first visit.
