They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. they yanked my mother off the floor after she fell..days later found out her hip was broken.she never left the hospital.. PURE NEGLIGENCE..I asked for incident report and have been ignored. If you love your family member, do NOT use this facility!
