If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They didn't display their qualifications. The 'manager' Victoria isn't friendly at all and needs to be replaced. She is actually 'cruel' to the elderly and tries to throw her weight around by 'scaring them'.
